BARTENDER

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Open and close bar

  • Handle money, drawer(s), and EOD sheet/paperwork

  • Set up bar for open, do opening prep work, closing breakdown

  • Serving drinks; beers, cocktails, and N/As

  • Describing beers and cocktails with confidence, beverage knowledge a must

  • Being personable, approachable, knowledgeable

BARBACK

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience preferred

  • Must be nineteen (19) years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Open and close bar

  • Basic cleanliness and clearing seating spaces

  • Upkeep of glassware, produce, and removal of waste

  • Keeping pars; Ice, garnishes, refilling batches, coupling/decoupling kegs

  • Stocking to-go coolers, back bar coolers, the well, and merch table
